Answers to questions are saved to answer fields. The available answer fields are shown in a drop-down list box. Which answer fields are available can be configured in the ITP/MDK Repository with the assistance of Field Sets.
A Form Editor can use answer fields from more than one Field Set. In that case, it is possible that an answer field with the same name exists in both Field Sets. To distinguish between these fields, the name of the Fields will be prefixed with the Field Set name of the related Field.
In this example the answer field Name exists in a Field Set with the name Customer as well as in a Field Set with the name Organization. Because the answer field is prefixed with the Field Set name, the content manager knows exactly what answer field to use.
