Error (Forms only): Text Block could not be found

You can get this error while opening a Form. The default answer Text Block selected for and Editable Text Block Question, is no longer available.

There are three possible solutions:

1. Make sure that the Text Block becomes available again. You might not have the authorization to do so.
2. Select another Text Block as default answer to the Editable Text Block Question.
   If there is a new Text Block that should be used as default for de Editable Text Block Question, you can select this Text Block to make the Form valid again.
3. Remove the question that uses the removed Text Block from the Form.
