ITP/Server will generate this error when it cannot find the OpenOffice.org installation.
It could be that OpenOffice.org is not installed or that the user profile with which the ITP/Server processes are run is a different user profile than the OpenOffice.org software has been installed for. Refer to the chapter OpenOffice.org for more information on installing OpenOffice.org.
