Except for Field Sets, objects with the same name may reside in different folders. A folder name can also be used when referring to such an object. A folder specification will however never include the `home´, i.e., top-level folder for these objects, as it is implied. So, the Text Blocks folder will never be mentioned when inserting a Text Block, respectively nor will the Views or Forms folder appear when inserting Views or Forms.
