All scripts are compiled at the same time. Click on the Services node in the tree view of the ITP/Server Administrator, click on the button Compile scripts on the tab Services. The scripts will be compiled and the result will be shown to you. If all goes well it will say, "No errors found".
If things are not well, read the error report, correct the errors and compile again.
