The ITP/Server MQSeries interface supports priority queues. For the most accurate support we require that the number of licensed Document Processors is actually running. If less are running it is possible that a low priority request "lingers" in the ITP/Server queue, and delays a higher priority request in the MQSeries queue. Note that some delay cannot be avoided for high priority jobs, as they cannot cancel running jobs.
