The IDs of Forms and Questions are included in the metadata XML. The ITP/MDK Repository Form Editor enables you to change both Form and Question IDs. Refer to the Form Editor Help for more information.
It is also possible to define Form and Question IDs in the FORM statement of the ITP Model language. Refer to the ITP Model language Help for more information.
Software that integrates ITP can identify Forms and Questions that have been answered during a model run in the metadata XML by their IDs. The Form Editor will generate unique random IDs initially, when saving a new Form. It will also do this when saving existing Forms that have no IDs yet. Manually entered IDs are easier to locate in the metadata XML and allow for easier integration. For more information, refer to Form and Question IDs.
