There is a known limitation for Sun Java™ System Application Server Platform Edition. On this platform ITP/OnLine is incapable of deriving the browsing user from the HTTP context. Please refer to Sun Application Server for more details.

JBoss 4.0 will be supported until the end of 2011, for existing installations only. We strongly advise to upgrade to JBoss 5 in combination with Java 1.6.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6, 7 or 8, or Firefox 3 or up is required to use the ITP/OnLine web application and the sample implementation. When a preview of the produced documents is required, or switched on in the sample application, Adobe Reader or a similar PDF plug-in must be installed for the browser.
Note
New and/or customized application may use techniques not supported by older browsers, a supporting browser is needed when using such techniques. For instance, the samples that capitalize on the div-oriented html-output require Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 or up, or Mozilla Firefox 3 or up.
Support for Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 is currently limited. Please refer to the release notes for known issues in the Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 support.
