ITP Toolbox

Description

With the ITP Toolbox you can insert fields and functions into the ITP Model. You can activate only one ITP Toolbox per ITP Model. The toolbox contains two features, which are presented in tabs:

Tab 1

In the first tab you can see a list with currently available Field Sets for the specific ITP Model. As in a tree view you can expand a Field Set, and select the fields you want to insert. You can insert the field in several ways:

You see the inserted field in your ITP Model as @([field]). You can also insert a field without the symbols @(). After you have selected the field, choose the option Insert from the context menu, or click the icon insert.

Tab 2

In the second tab you can see a list with frequently used functions. You can expand a function to view the accompanying parameters. You can insert a selected function in several ways:

The inserted section in the ITP Model consists of @([function name] ([parameter description])). You can also insert a function without the symbols @(). After selecting the function, you can choose 'Insert' from the shortcut menu, or click the icon insert. The parameters that are inserted with the selected function are only placeholders. Replace these parameter placeholders with the actual values.

Usage

You can activate the ITP Toolbox by clicking the icon view_fieldset in the Microsoft Word toolbar. When activated, the ITP Toolbox will initially remain on top of your ITP Model document. This is signaled by the icon pushpin, which is in the top right corner of the ITP Toolbox window. To unpin the toolbox, click the pin and it will move to the back when you return to your document.
