itpserver.dll could not be loaded

If opening the test web page (http://<machinename>/itpserver/itpserver.asmx) fails with the message that itpserver.dll could not be loaded, check the following. In the Internet Information Services control panel applet, open the Properties of the virtual directory ("itpserver" in the examples). On the Virtual Directory page, a button "Create" may be present under Application Settings. If so, press this button to activate the virtual directory.
