Job recovery

Any hardware or software problem could cause ITP/Server or the server running ITP/Server to stop functioning. A shutdown of the server or the ITP/Server will also cause ITP/Server to stop functioning. ITP/Server is able to recover asynchronous jobs that were submitted.

If a job is submitted synchronously, the client will be notified of the failure and it is up to that client to take appropriate action.
