The folder contains the Libraries that are used in a project, if any. A Library is a project whose Include documents, Text Blocks, Field Sets, Forms, and Views can be used by other projects. Any project can be a Library. Turning a project into a Library is done by selecting Library project in the Project type drop down box in the project's configuration window.
Libraries offer a way of sharing objects across projects.
Every project has a Libraries folder.
