Make sure you have your license code ready. To use the ITP/MDK Repository you need a valid license. During the server install you may be asked to enter the license code. The license is granted for a limited number of users. The administrator is not considered to be a user. If the administrator tries to create more users than granted in the license an error will occur. If a user tries to connect to the ITP/MDK Repository while the maximum number of users is already connected, an error message will appear and the connection will be refused.
