If all Microsoft Word related commands fail with the error 'Print/Macro was terminated due to timeout or interactivity' and the ITP/Document Processor logs contains entries
ITPWinMon: Successful terminated WINWORD.EXE (configuration error) (pid nnnn)
then the ITP/Server account is most likely not authorised to create files in the location Microsoft Word uses to store temporary files.
To resolve this problem make sure the ITP/Server account has access to the Default User's Temporary Internet Files folder and Modify rights to the Content.Word folder therein.
On a default Microsoft Windows installation this is the directory C:\Documents and Settings\Default User\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.Word. Note that some of the directories in this path have a hidden attribute and are by default not visible in the Explorer.
