ITP/Server can be configured to notify an operator through the Event Log or by e-mail if any ITP/Server job exceeds the configured time. To activate this feature the settings below need to be added to the [Configuration] section of the dp.ini of the ITP/Server setup.
Note
Make sure all ITP/Server Administrators are closed before adjusting the file dp.ini. After any adjustments are made, the ITP/Server ITP/Document Processors need to be restarted in order to apply the changes.
