Pagestyle document

Let's take a look at how you can change the page style:

• Test the model Letter again, select Label A in the dialog and save the result document.
• Open the Page-Letter document in the <ITPWORK>\Labels\Label A\ folder.
• Open the Page setup dialog and make changes to the margins and/or paper size. Save and close the document.
• Test the model Letter again, select Label A in the dialog and look at the result document. You can compare it side-by-side with the version that was saved earlier. You should immediately see the results of the changes.

The template document does not contain multiple sections. In the pagestyle template document all settings are made at a global level. For different page settings for the second section in the result document, a separate Page-Overview template document was created.

Settings that are part of the page setup properties include:

• Paper size
• Orientation
• Page borders
• Columns
• Different headers and footers for first/odd/even pages (not the contents)

Note

If you want to change the paper source, i.e., paper trays of the printer, do not do that in the pagestyle document. The function paper_types in the model development language is developed for this purpose. If you use this function, installing the actual printer on the development machine is not required.
