The ITP/Server MQSeries interface supports priority queues. For the most accurate support we require that the number of licensed ITP/Document Processors is actually running. If less are running it is possible that a low priority request 'lingers' in the ITP/Server queue, and delays a higher priority request in the MQSeries queue. Note that some delay cannot be avoided for high priority jobs, as they cannot cancel running jobs.
Each ITP/Server MQSeries interface only monitors a single queue. If multiple ITP/Server MQSeries interfaces are configured to monitor priority queues the priorities will only be observed between jobs from the same queue. Jobs from different priority queues are not ordered relatively to each other.
