The status [published] is a step above the status [accepted] and reflects that a revision will be used in production runs. The marking [published] is also only available for runtime objects. Only a revision marked as [accepted] can be marked as [published]. After marking a revision as [published], its previous [accepted] marking will be automatically removed.
