This is the topmost element in the editor. It defines the title of the QForm and contains all other items added to the Form.
Tab Advanced
Unique Form IDs or Form Identifiers are generated automatically. These IDs offer a unique reference to a (Q)Form. If Form IDs are not present, they are automatically generated when the (Q)Form is saved. You can manually enter or alter Form IDs on the tab Advanced.
Note
This feature is for advanced users only. Do not enter or change IDs on this tab if you do not understand the implications.
For more information refer to the Server Manual chapter Integrating, section Form and Question IDs.
Note
Form IDs are only available from version 3.2.22 and up of the ITP/Create Model Package.
When you assign fields as answer to questions, a value will be assigned to the field whenever the form is activated. This value will be assigned regardless if the question is shown on that Form or not. If multiple questions use the same field as answer, the value of the last question is assigned.
By checking the option Ignore unseen groups you can ensure that the fields assigned as answer to questions in groups that are not shown, will not be assigned a new value. The setting is intended for situations in which you do not wish to change the behavior of already existing Forms but still want to apply the behavior to some of the Forms. This feature can also be globally enabled through the setting IgnoreUnseenGroups in the ITP/Server Environment.
