This Quick Start takes about 20 minutes and installs, configures and tests WindowsEnabler/400 on both the PC and the AS/400. This procedure should work without problems in most environments. Following this procedure as close as possible can also help determine the cause of a problem.

If you are performing an upgrade from version 3.0, refer to Upgrading from version 3.0.
In this "Quick Start" we refer to a library <we_lib>. You should replace this with the name of the WindowsEnabler/400 program library, which is WINPGM3 by default.
