Required authorizations

In order to use WindowsEnabler on the PC a user must have access to the WindowsEnabler program directory and the executables (EXE's and DLL's) located in that directory. The user must have read access to the WindowsEnabler configuration file.

If logging is enabled the user must have write access to the WindowsEnabler log file.
