Normally when a Form is saved the Forms compiler is invoked. It is possible to save an erroneous Form in which case the Forms compiler will not be invoked. The error message of the Form Editor will be stored with the revision and shown in the description pane. The revision of an erroneous Form is tagged as failed. Such an erroneous Form revision cannot be unlocked.
