The following change might be required on the ITP/Server installation. On ITP/Server versions that support the setting "DisableValidation", this setting must not be set. This setting is located on the General tab of the Environments page in the ITP/Server Administrator. Disabling validation on ITP/Server creates a security issue when used in combination with ITP/OnLine Secure Mode.
