Set-up report

The ITP/Server report lists all relevant information about your installation, like; installed version, work directories, account, the internal and external port number in use etcetera. In most cases our Helpdesk will ask for this report when you contact them.

The information in the report is machine specific. In other words, to get a complete picture the report must be generated for all machines on which a ITP/Document Processor is installed.

To generate the report start a command line and go to the c:\program files\ITP Server\bin folder and run:

ITPServerReport.exe c:\temp\serverreport.txt

Path and name of the report file can be chosen by you.

Note

The path c:\program files\ITP Server\ is the location of the bin folder when the default installation location has been chosen. If you opted for an alternative location to install ITP/Server or a ITP/Document Processor, please substitute C:\program files\ for your chosen location.

Note

In a multi machine set-up (ITP/Document Processors on extra machines) the report must be generated on all machines.
