Besides standard edit functions you can check a Text Block for spelling and grammatical errors. You can do this by clicking the button Spell check. If Text Blocks need to be spell checked the appropriate dictionary needs to be installed. The ITP/Model Development Kit will start the spell check with the dictionary in the language configured at the tab General of the Text Block folder. If one (or more) requirements are not met, the spell-check icon becomes disabled.
If spelling or grammar errors are found, the window Spelling and Grammar is opened showing you all spelling and grammar errors and giving you suggestions on how to solve the errors. You can correct all errors using the button Change or change the text yourself in the upper left box. If you click Cancel or Microsoft Word considers all errors corrected, all corrections will be inserted into the Text Block.
Note
Fields are not checked in the spell check simply because they cannot be edited in the Text Block Editor.
