The browser says that the document has been produced but the document is not opened.

This issue is probably caused by a Word or OpenOffice.org instance that is running in a background process. The result document is opened in this background process and is not visible on the desktop. In this scenario, the user who is trying the run a Word or OpenOffice.org Model is probably the same user used for the ITP/Server account (refer to the ITP/Server Manual for more information on the ITP/Server account). This problem can be avoided by using a dedicated account to run the ITP/Server processes.
