The (Q)Form Editor

In this Help you can find information on the functions of the Form Editor and the QForm Editor. Where the functions of the regular Form and the QForm overlap each other, the Help is identical and the phrase (Q)Form will be used. When a specific kind of Form is meant the phrases Form or QForm will be used.

A QForm is meant to ask questions to the end user for fields, which do not have a value yet. The other questions will be hidden. The end user will only be asked for fields that are also used in inserted Text Blocks. The content manager can only use a QForm when he inserts a Text Block.

Dependent on the functionality you wish to use, you can choose ITP/MDK Repository for creating or editing a QForms or a regular Form. When an ITP Model is run, the related Forms are presented to the end user as a web form. In these web forms, the end user can e.g., fill in the questions and select Text Blocks. Each web form presents a separate (Q)Form. Each ITP Model can use more than one Form.

All documentation, with the exception of the Installation Guide and the Release Notes, can be found on the ITP Knowledge Center. The Installation Guide and Release Notes are only available for customers who have access to the support section of the corporate website.
