This help document helps you to work with Qforms and Forms. These two editors allow you to enter information in a predefined format which is to be converted into a result document.
Qforms and Forms can be created and edited in a (Q)Form Editor. Note that there is a difference in working with (Q)Forms in the ITP/MDK Repository and working with the (Q)Forms. In this Help you can find information on the functionalities of the Form Editor and of the QForm Editor. Where the functions of the regular Form and the QForm overlap each other, the Help is identical and the phrase (Q)Form will be used. When a specific kind of Form is meant the phrases Form or QForm will be used.
The section The (Q)Form Editor gives a short introduction about the (Q)Form Editor, in the section A closer look at the (Q)Form Editor is elaborated what the (Q)Form Editor looks like and what features are to be found there; a (Q)Form consists of several Elements. Among those elements is the element 'Question', which consists of several Question Types. After creating a form, it is possible a mistake has been made. This will lead to error messages. The section Troubleshooting (Q)Forms points out some possible errors and how to solve them.
