Three: adding explanatory texts

Now read what you have. Does it make sense or do you need an explanation here and there? If you do add the explanations you need. Do not forget to tell the user what the report is about - Title, introduction, etcetera. It is also a good idea to add a date that will tell the user when the report is generated.
