Use

Select Monitor in the ITP/Server program group in the Start menu. Or double click on DSMonitor.exe in the DPMonitor folder.

When the Monitor is started it will ask for the protocol, the hostname or IP address, and the Port. Refer to the Help of the Monitor for more information about the Monitor's use.
