On this tab the login name and the full name of a user can be changed.
The maximum length of the login name is 254 characters. Keep the number of characters in this name within a reasonable range, say five to ten. A name that is too long will irritate users.
The maximum length of the full name is 79 characters. This name is used in the list of users visible to the administrator and displayed in the Description pane when a user is selected.
You can use this name to identify users in the list. Note, however, that this name is available to Report builders, but current Reports don't use it.
