If the J2EE version of ITP/OnLine Server is deployed in a Microsoft Windows 2003 domain infrastructure and is configured to authenticate users using NTLM Authentication this authentication can fail if the Guest account has been disabled. In this situation only a single or very few users can log in and all other users are repeatedly prompted for their password.
This problem can be resolved by providing ITP/OnLine Server with a valid user name and password it can use to connect to the domain controllers. Please refer to the ITP/OnLine Server J2EE Installation Guide for detailed requirements and configuration instructions for the J2EE web servers.
