Opens a selected object read-only in the appropriate editor. In this mode an object is protected and cannot be edited. If a model is selected the associated model document is opened in read-only mode in the ITP/Model Development Kit. Double clicking on an unlocked document or a document locked by another user in the tree view, will open it in the read-only mode in the ITP/Model Development Kit.
