Web server

ITP/Server

ITP/OnLine requires access to an ITP/Server installation. This ITP/Server does not have to be installed on the web server but it should be accessible from the web server through TCP/IP. An exact match between the versions of ITP/OnLine and ITP/Server is not required. The level of functionality that is supported by a combination of ITP/OnLine and ITP/Server may be limited by the lowest version.

The combination of ITP/OnLine 3.5.20 and ITP/Server 3.x is not supported.

Operating systems

Deployment of ITP/OnLine is supported on 32-bit and 64-bit versions of the following server platforms:

• Microsoft Windows Server 2003.
• Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2.
• Microsoft Windows Server 2008.
• Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2.

Deployment of ITP/OnLine on client platforms of Microsoft Windows is not supported.

Web servers

ITP/OnLine ASP.NET requires one of the following web servers; Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) version 5.1, 6, or 7.

.NET Framework

ITP/OnLine ASP.NET requires the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.

Other software

• Virus scanners installed on the system can negatively impact performance.
