Working with (Q)Forms in the ITP/MDK Repository

Forms are created and maintained in the ITP/MDK Repository. To View, edit, or create a (Q)Form the content manager needs to login to the ITP/MDK Repository.

Projects

Every ITP/MDK Repository project has a special Forms folder. This Forms folder can hold Forms and QForms. Subfolders can also be used for organizing the Forms and QForms.

Example project

Form Editor

The folder Forms in the project MyProject holds the (Q)Forms. Which actions are shown to the content manager depends on authorization. The view may differ completely from this example.

The ITP/MDK Repository can show its objects in two modes; detailed mode and non-detailed mode. The mode in which the objects are shown can be set in the View menu. If Show details is selected, the ITP/MDK Repository will show all revisions of a (Q)Form. Refer to the ITP/MDK Repository Manual chapter General use, section Revisions for more information on Revisions.
