With the (Q)Form Editor you can add, delete, and adapt questions, text items, and groups. It is also possible to change the order in which the items appear on the Form. All elements; questions, groups, and texts have copy, cut, and paste functionality.
You can add a question to a (Q)Form by clicking the New menu and selecting the appropriate type of question. The question's property dialog will appear in which the properties of the question need to be filled in. You can also right-click on another Form element and select item New > Group..., or select in the New item New > Question.

A group can be added to a (Q)Form by clicking the New menu and selecting the Group item. The group's property dialog will appear in which the properties of the group need to be filled in. You can also right-click on another Form element and select the item New > Group..., or select in the Edit menu New > Group....
A text element can be added to a (Q)Form by clicking the menu option New and selecting the Text item. The text's property dialog will appear in which the properties of the text need to be filled in. You can also right-click on another Form element and select the item New > Text... or select in the Edit menu New > Text....
The properties of a question, group, or text element can be changed by double-clicking the element. The properties of the element are shown in a dialog. The properties dialog can also be opened by choosing Edit from the context menu, or from the Edit menu.
A question, text element, or group can be deleted by selecting the appropriate element in the tree view and selecting the Delete button. You can also use the keyboard key Delete to delete an element.
Note
If you delete a group, all questions, text elements, and other groups defined in that group are deleted as well!
The sequence in which the text elements, questions, and groups are displayed can be changed with the (Q)Form Editor:
Moves the selected item one position up.
Moves the selected item one position down.

Moves an item from the current group.

Moves an item into the next group.
If an item cannot be moved into a certain direction the corresponding button will be disabled.
Tip
You can also move items by dragging and dropping them in the tree view. The mouse pointer will give feedback to whether the location is valid for the dragged item.

You can also use keyboard short cuts to move element. Use Alt-Up (Alt key and the up-arrow key) to move an item up in the tree view, Alt-Down (Alt key and the down-arrow key) to move an item down in the tree view, Alt-Left (Alt key and the left-arrow key) to move an item from the current group and Alt-Right (Alt key and the right-arrow key) to move an item into the next group.
